Management Team
 Sachin Nayyar, Chief Executive Officer
Sachin drives the vision and overall business strategy for Securonix. Previously, he was founder & CEO of VAAU, where he led the company from conception to acquisition by Sun Microsystems. Following the acquisition by Sun, Sachin served as the Chief Identity Strategist for Sun Microsystems where he led the vision and strategy for the Sun security portfolio. Sachin is a renowned thought leader in areas of Risk, Regulations, Compliance, Identity/Access and Governance and speaks frequently at professional conferences and seminars.

Tanuj Gulati, Chief Technology Officer
Tanuj drives product development, marketing and delivery services for Securonix. He brings over 12 years of experience in the information security industry with expertise in providing innovative enterprise level solutions. Tanuj served VAAU from its inception to its acquisition by Sun Microsystems and drove the product vision, strategy, technical sales and delivery functions. Prior to Securonix, Tanuj held key positions for Oracle and Sun Microsystems where he led the global technical sales team for the compliance,risk and role management product portfolio. Tanuj participates in governance boards for information security programs at several large organizations where he provides his expertise in implementing identity governance, risk and compliance initiatives.

 Chris Bell, VP. Business Development
Chris is responsible for all business development activities at Securonix including key partnerships, strategic accounts and corporate development. Previously, Chris was a founder and vice president of product development at Evantix, where he led the development of the world’s first supplier chain risk reporting bureau. During his tenure Evantix was recognized by Gartner and key industry groups for it’s innovation in the supplier risk management space. Prior to Evantix, Chris held senior manager positions at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young within their respective IT security and risk management practices. While at Ernst & Young Chris led the firm’s national Identity and Access Management practice.

Rishma Shariff, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Rishma brings over 8 years of operations management experience. Prior to joining Securonix, Rishma was the VP. Operations at Vaau where she managed the day to day operations of the company. Rishma completed her Bachelors degree from California State University.

Anil Srivastava, Chief Strategy Officer
Anil Srivastava brings over 26 years of management experience to Securonix. Anil holds a Bachelors degree from IIT Kanpur and a MBA in Marketing from University of Bombay. He also holds diplomas from the Kellogg school of business and Oxford University. Prior to joining Securonix, Anil was the CEO at GEA and has held strategic positions at several manufacturing companies.



Our Research Group:

 Dr. J. Lal
Dr. Lal holds a Ph.D in Industrial Sciences from Manchester University. He has led several research projects as a professor and head of department at IIT Kanpur in India. He brings over 30 years of management consulting experience.

  Dr. Kalika Kaushal
Dr. Kalika Srivastava is an Associate Professor in Mathematics at the Institute of Technology and Management in Delhi. She has over 15 years of academic experience and has published 7 papers in reputed journals. A gold medallist in B.Sc. from Kanpur University, she did her M.Sc.and Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur. Her area of specialization is Functional Analysis.

Our Board of Advisors:

  Dominique Levin
Dominique Levin, was most recently the VP of Product Management, Chief Marketing Officer and Acting CEO at LogLogic Inc. As the Chief Marketing Officer and acting CEO at Loglogic, Dominique played a crucial role in their strategy and growth. Prior to her role at Loglogic, she was involved in building diverse IT businesses like PoliVec, Dialogic and NTT (Tokyo, Japan). Dominique holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Delft, The Netherlands.
  Mr. Jamel Balti
Mr. Balti manages research group at Countrywide Financial.
