The partnership brings together Securonix’s Unified Defense SIEM with Agentic AI and Black Box’s global managed services capabilities to deliver scalable, governed security operations through managed detection and response (MDR) and managed security service provider (MSSP) offerings.
This partnership comes as organizations increasingly turn to managed security services to operationalize AI in the SOC, addressing talent shortages while ensuring AI is governed, measurable, and production-ready.
Through this collaboration, Black Box will offer Securonix solutions as part of its global portfolio, enabling customers to adopt cloud-native security operations with integrated detection, investigation, and response. As part of the agreement, Black Box will deliver MSSP services powered by Securonix across global markets, providing continuous monitoring, threat detection, and response capabilities for enterprise customers. In addition, Black Box will support managed detection and response services for Securonix customers, helping organizations operationalize AI-driven security workflows with dedicated expertise and global delivery scale.
Black Box brings deep experience in designing, building, managing, and securing complex IT environments across industries including financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, and retail.
